Our Sacred Space

What to Bring

What to Bring •

Your presence is the greatest gift. We deeply honor the time you've taken to be part of this intimate gathering of Randall’s favorite souls. This weekend is designed to be sacred and immersive—an opportunity to unplug from your phones, be fully emotionally available, and engage in the spirit of connection and celebration. How you show up will make our weekend.

 Presence

 Love

Bring all the love you’ve got—it’s at the very heart of Randall’s life ethos. It also happens to be the name of his favorite new beverage (so yes, we will drink love and our cups will runneth over).

 Promptness

Randall’s love language? Being on time! Please plan travel and transitions mindfully so you can arrive within the requested window and help us keep the flow of the weekend seamless and sacred. (The full schedule will be shared closer to the event.)

 A Poem, Story,

or Song

In the spirit of the late, great Sufi poet Rumi, we invite you to bring something heartfelt—a poem, story, lullaby, song, or simple spoken transmission. We especially welcome reflections about Randall: Is there a moment, memory, or story you’ve shared with him that moved you?

If time and flow allow, we’ll create space during the weekend for friends to share these offerings as part of our collective celebration. No pressure—just an open invitation to bring your voice.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • During this season, the afternoons are typically warm and sun-drenched, while the mornings and evenings offer a refreshing coolness. Please anticipate daytime highs in the mid-80s and nighttime lows in the 50s. We recommend dressing in layers for comfort throughout the day.

  • Cell service may be limited at the ranch, depending on your carrier. WiFi will be available in select areas, but we invite you to embrace the unplugged experience and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

  • If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, kindly inform us when you fill out your intake form. We are more than happy to accommodate your needs with care and attention.

  • While all essential amenities will be provided, the ranch is located in a tranquil, rural area with limited access to nearby conveniences. We encourage you to bring any personal items you may require for your comfort. In addition, we suggest the following:

  • Your presence is truly the greatest gift. In lieu of physical presents, we invite you to bring a meaningful poem, a cherished story, a lullaby, or a heartfelt memory of your time with Randall to share during the weekend.

  • This celebration is by invitation only. We are curating an intimate and deeply personal experience, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding in honoring this vision.

  • If you plan to bring or rent a car, please let us know in advance in our guest intake form. Upon arrival, a member of our welcome team will be available to assist you and direct you to the designated parking area.
